These classes are specially designed for people who are worried about their balance, or who may have experienced a fall or have a fear of falling.

What are the aims of the sessions?

* To improve your balance and stability during standing or walking

* To help strengthen the muscles around the hips, knees and ankles

* To increase the flexibility of the trunk and lower limbs

* To make everyday tasks easier to complete

* To provide a social atmosphere with people in similar situations to you

Classes aim to provide safe and enjoyable activity, designed to meet individual needs.
