As a personal trainer my philosophy is to consider every aspect of ones lifestyle which may influence the end result. A holistic (whole-istic) approach, encompassing both mind and body, is key to setting and achieving realistic goals. As a coach, educator and motivator, I will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule.

Variety is the spice of life. By providing variety in your training schedule, you will be challenged not only physically but mentally as you learn new and fun ways to exercise. Through increasingly advanced training techniques, you will be able to maximise your results in the time available.

As a trainer qualified in exercise referral for chronic conditions, I am able to safely guide you through exercise programs that can assist in improving your health, fitness and well-being. This can relate to conditions such as back pain, hypertension, stroke, high cholesterol, osteo- and rheumatiod arthritis, diabetes, obesity, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.

If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, I am also qualified in ante/post natal exercise and can offer specific guidance for a suitable exercise program. Appropriate exercise during pregnancy can lead to a less complicated and quicker labour and promote quicker recovery. Exercise after childbirth focusing on core strength and pelvic floor exercises can assist in recovery and help to prevent conditions such as stress incontinence.
